Concrete Worker



We are hiring a skilled and experienced Concrete Worker to join our team in Greenland. As a Concrete Worker, you will be responsible for mixing, pouring, and smoothing concrete on various construction projects. Your role will also involve operating equipment such as power trowels and finishing tools to ensure the surface is level and smooth.

To be successful in this role, you should have prior experience working with concrete and be physically fit to handle the demanding tasks involved. You must also have a strong attention to detail and be able to follow safety protocols at all times. While prior experience is preferred, we are open to training the right candidate who is motivated and eager to learn.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare construction sites by cleaning debris and removing obstacles
- Lay out forms for concrete work using a variety of tools
- Mix concrete according to specifications
- Pour concrete into designated areas using appropriate techniques
- Use trowels, screeds, or other tools to level and smooth surfaces
- Monitor drying process and apply finishing touches as needed
- Keep work area clean and tidy at all times

Requirements:
- Prior experience working with concrete or in a similar construction role
- Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding tasks
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to read blueprints is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with safety protocols on construction sites
- Willingness to learn new techniques
