A renowned restaurant in Abu Dhabi is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maximizing profitability.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, scheduling, and ensuring smooth service flow
- Train and develop staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of food quality
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure efficient operations
- Create and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability, including developing promotions and special events
- Manage budget and expenses to achieve financial targets set by the company
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in accordance with health regulations
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure overall success of the business

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff effectively
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Proven track record of successfully managing budgets, increasing sales, and maintaining profitability
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required

We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month for this position. Please note that this position is open for all nationalities but preference will be given to those who are already residing in Abu Dhabi or have their own visa. Accommodation will not be provided.
