Entry-Level Restaurant Manager

Our high-end restaurant in Abu-Dhabi is seeking an Entry-Level Restaurant Manager to join our team. This position is perfect for an English-speaking individual from Egypt who is looking to start their career in the hospitality industry. We are seeking someone who is passionate about food and customer service, and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

As the Entry-Level Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with the senior management team to maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and efficiency. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals to develop your skills and knowledge in all aspects of restaurant management.

The ideal candidate for this position should have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a strong work ethic. While previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred, it is not required as we are willing to train the right candidate. However, a passion for food and customer service is non-negotiable.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing daily operations of the restaurant
- Ensure excellent customer service at all times
- Train and supervise staff members
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Assist with scheduling and payroll duties
- Help create new menu items or specials
- Handle any customer complaints or issues effectively
- Collaborate with senior management team on improving processes and procedures

Requirements:
- Must be Egyptian national with fluent English speaking abilities
- No previous experience required but willingness to learn is a must
- Strong communication skills – both verbal and written
- Positive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office
- Degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus

Salary: Starting salary of 1400$ per month, with potential for growth and advancement within the company.
