Administrative Assistant (Pakistani Nationals)
Our company is seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in Mecca, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is open to Pakistani nationals who are proficient in English and have their own visa. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for managing daily office operations and providing support to our team. This role does not require previous experience, making it a great opportunity for students or those looking to enter the workforce.
Key responsibilities include answering phone calls, responding to emails, scheduling appointments, organizing documents and maintaining office supplies. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to multitask efficiently.
