Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our team in Mecca. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our office and ensure the smooth day-to-day running of operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for senior staff members
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed
- Maintain accurate records and files for easy retrieval
- Handle travel arrangements for staff members as required
- Coordinate meetings and events, including booking venues, sending invitations, and arranging refreshments
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking
- Provide general administrative support to all departments as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
- Fluent in Malayalam; knowledge of English is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Experience working with diverse teams is a plus
Salary: 1200$ per month
Location: Mecca
