Senior Architect
We are seeking a Senior Architect to join our team in Kolding, Denmark. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of various architectural projects. This includes creating detailed plans and specifications, managing budgets and timelines, and collaborating with other architects and engineers. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a creative vision for designing functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the architectural design process from concept to completion
- Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide design solutions that meet their requirements
- Create detailed drawings and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Oversee construction progress to ensure compliance with design plans and specifications
- Manage project budgets and resources effectively
- Coordinate with other architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants as needed
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in building materials and techniques
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- 5+ years of experience in architectural design or a similar role
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong technical knowledge of building materials, construction techniques, codes, and regulations
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex concepts to clients and team members effectively
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
Salary: The salary for this position is 1700$ per month.
Location: This is a contract job located in Kolding, Denmark. While Danish nationality is preferred for this role, we welcome applicants from all nationalities who meet the requirements.
