We are seeking an experienced Senior Architect to join our growing team in Kolding. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects, from conceptual design to construction completion. Your role will involve working closely with clients, consultants, and other team members to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage architectural projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget
- Develop project proposals, including design concepts, budget estimates, and timelines
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design solutions that meet their requirements
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information for project planning and design
- Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and construction documents using AutoCAD or other software programs
- Coordinate with consultants (structural engineers, MEP engineers) to integrate their designs into the overall project
- Oversee construction progress and address any issues or challenges that may arise during the construction phase
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on their professional development

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- 5+ years of experience in architectural design and project management
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other architectural software programs
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, consultants, and team members
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality work standards

We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this full-time position. As we work with international clients, a biometric passport is preferred but not required.
