Job Title: Architectural Technologist (Contract)

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team on a contract basis in Lisbon, Portugal. In this role, you will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans for construction projects. You will work closely with architects and engineers to ensure that designs meet building codes and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction methods and materials, as well as proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software.

Responsibilities:
- Create detailed technical drawings and plans for construction projects
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure designs meet building codes and regulations
- Conduct site visits to gather measurements and information
- Review project plans for accuracy and make necessary revisions
- Communicate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar design software
- Strong understanding of construction methods and materials
- Familiarity with building codes and regulations in Portugal
- Excellent communication skills

Salary:
1500$ per month
