Senior Commercial Architect


As a Senior Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings in the city of Esbjerg. Your main duties will include creating detailed plans and drawings, conducting site visits and inspections, and collaborating with clients to ensure their vision is translated into the final design. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of 1600$, as well as accommodation and assistance with obtaining your own visa.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create functional and aesthetically pleasing designs for commercial buildings, including office spaces, retail stores, and public facilities.
- Prepare detailed plans, drawings, and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Meet with clients to discuss their needs and preferences, provide recommendations, and obtain necessary approvals.
- Oversee construction teams to ensure that the project is completed according to the approved design.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise during construction.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project to ensure all aspects are executed effectively.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in building materials and techniques.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience as an architect working on commercial projects.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD or Revit).
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients and project team members.
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks within tight deadlines.

Preferred:
- Experience working on projects in Esbjerg or other Scandinavian countries.
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles.
