Dishwasher - Entry Level

We are seeking a motivated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Dishwasher in Ufa. This is a full-time position for someone who is looking for an entry-level role and does not have previous experience in this field. As a Dishwasher, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment used in our kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots and pans using dishwashing equipment or by hand
- Ensure all dishes are properly sanitized and stored accordingly
- Empty trash bins and maintain kitchen cleanliness
- Assist with basic food prep tasks as needed
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
- Good communication skills in English (Russian language skills are a plus)
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
