Architecture Manager



We are in need of an experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Horsens, Denmark. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various architectural projects. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$ per month.

Key responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of architectural projects, from concept to completion
- Develop and maintain project budgets and timelines
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality control
- Review and approve architectural plans, drawings, and specifications
- Provide guidance and support to junior architects on the team
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and building codes

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in architecture
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture management
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or other design software
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Experience working on commercial or residential projects is preferred
