Senior Architecture Manager

As a Senior Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the architectural design process from concept to completion. You will oversee a team of architects and designers, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your role will involve collaborating with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that their needs and expectations are met.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of architectural principles and design processes, as well as excellent leadership and project management skills. You should also have experience in managing complex projects and working with diverse teams.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the architectural design process for commercial and residential projects
- Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
- Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and ensure their needs are met throughout the project
- Oversee a team of architects and designers, providing guidance and support as needed
- Monitor project progress to ensure that deadlines are met and budgets are adhered to
- Conduct site visits to ensure that construction is in line with design plans
- Work closely with contractors to resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, codes, and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proven experience as an Architecture Manager or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of architectural principles and design processes
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent project management skills
- Experience in managing complex projects from concept to completion
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD or Revit

Salary: 1300$ per month

Location: Horsens (Danish nationality preferred)
