Indian Executive Chef in Doha
We are hiring an experienced Indian Executive Chef to join our team in Doha. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, creating and implementing menus, managing food costs, and ensuring high quality and consistent dishes. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in a similar role, be able to work under pressure, and have a passion for creating delicious dishes. Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations including food preparation, cooking, and plating
- Create and implement menus that are both innovative and cost-effective
- Ensure high quality standards are maintained at all times
- Manage food costs by monitoring inventory and minimizing waste
- Train and develop kitchen staff to maintain consistency in food preparation
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Maintain a safe and sanitary working environment
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant or hotel setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff
- Excellent knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, and styles of cuisine
- Ability to create innovative dishes while also adhering to budget restrictions
- Experience managing food costs and inventory control
- Good communication skills with fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
