Office Assistant in Salalah, Oman
We are searching for a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Salalah, Oman. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office staff and ensuring the smooth running of daily operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in office administration and possess excellent communication and organizational skills. This is a part-time position with a salary of 900$ per month, and we welcome Indian nationals who are fluent in English to apply. We also offer free visa and ticket for the selected candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as needed
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock levels and placing orders
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail for delivery
- Assist with scheduling appointments and organizing meetings
- Keep track of office expenses and handle basic bookkeeping tasks
- Perform data entry, filing, scanning, and other administrative tasks
- Ensure the office is clean, tidy, and well-maintained
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office programs
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Indian nationality preferred
