Job Title: Art Director for Creative Agency in Ar-Ruwais (Malayalees Preferred)

We are a dynamic and growing creative agency in Ar-Ruwais, seeking an experienced Art Director to join our team. As an Art Director, you will oversee the visual design and creative direction of our projects, working closely with our clients and collaborating with our team of designers, copywriters, and marketing specialists.

Responsibilities:
- Develop creative concepts and visual designs for various projects, including advertising campaigns, branding materials, and digital assets
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver effective solutions that meet their objectives
- Collaborate with our team of designers, copywriters, and marketers to ensure cohesive and impactful campaigns across all channels
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our creative output
- Present concepts and designs to clients in a professional and persuasive manner

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as an Art Director or similar role in a creative agency setting
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and experience working on various projects for different industries
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively present ideas to clients and collaborate with team members
- In-depth knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software
- Fluent in Malayalam preferred
