Art Director (English Speaking)
Location: Ar-Ruwais, Kenya


We are seeking an experienced and creative Art Director to join our team in Ar-Ruwais, Kenya. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the artistic vision and direction of our company's projects, including advertising campaigns, product packaging, and website design. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of graphic design principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement creative concepts that align with the company's brand and marketing objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create visual designs for various projects
- Provide guidance and feedback to designers and other team members to ensure high-quality deliverables
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into design work
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Review and approve all final designs before they are presented to clients or published

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Art Director or in a similar role
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous design work
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Salary: 1500$ per month
