Mason - Urgent Contract Position in Medina, Egypt


We have an urgent need for experienced masons to join our team in Medina, Egypt. This is a contract position with a salary of 1500$ per month. As a mason, you will be responsible for constructing and repairing buildings, walls, and other structures using various materials such as brick, stone or concrete blocks.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare the construction site by laying out materials and tools needed
- Measure and cut materials to required specifications
- Mix mortar or grout and spread it evenly over surfaces
- Lay bricks, stones or concrete blocks according to blueprints or plans
- Use tools such as hammers, trowels and levels to shape and align materials
- Fill gaps between bricks or stones with mortar
- Repair existing structures by replacing damaged bricks or stones
- Apply waterproofing and sealing treatments to protect structures from weather conditions
- Clean up work area after completing the project

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a mason or similar role in construction industry
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Familiarity with different types of construction materials and tools
- Strong physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination
- Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations related to construction work
