Concierge Assistant

In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling guest inquiries and requests, making reservations and recommendations for local attractions, maintaining the appearance of the lobby area, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
