Concierge Assistant


We are currently hiring a Concierge Assistant to join our team in El-Ain. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for customer service and hospitality, who is looking for an entry-level position in the field. As a Concierge Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting our guests with their needs and providing them with excellent service throughout their stay. The ideal candidate should be friendly, outgoing, and able to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon their arrival
- Assist guests with check-in/check-out process
- Provide information about local attractions, restaurants, and events
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants or activities
- Arrange transportation for guests as needed
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the concierge desk area
- Assist with any other tasks assigned by the Concierge Manager

Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of local area attractions and restaurants is a plus
- Must be fluent in Indian languages (Hindi, Tamil, Telugu)
- Must have own visa
- No prior experience required
Salary: 1400$ per month
