Turner/ Machinist


A reputable manufacturing company in Utena is seeking a skilled Turner/Machinist to join our team. As a Turner/Machinist, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various machines to produce high-quality metal parts according to specifications.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC lathes, milling machines, and other machine tools
- Read and interpret engineering drawings to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished parts
- Select the appropriate raw materials and cutting tools for each job
- Conduct routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance
- Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments
- Make adjustments as needed to ensure parts meet specifications
- Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot and resolve any machining issues

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Turner/Machinist in a manufacturing environment
- Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings
- Extensive knowledge of machine operation and maintenance techniques
- Familiarity with a variety of materials such as steel, aluminum, and brass
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred

Salary: $1700/month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Utena, Lithuania (open to candidates from other countries)
