Job Title: Executive Chef

A prestigious hotel in Muharraq is seeking a talented and experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating innovative and delicious dishes, as well as strong leadership skills to manage and develop our kitchen staff.

Responsibilities:
- Create new and unique menus that showcase local flavors and ingredients
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring quality and consistency in all dishes
- Train and mentor kitchen staff, providing guidance on techniques, recipes, and safety protocols
- Monitor food costs and budget to maintain profitability
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to plan special events or promotions
- Source high-quality ingredients from trusted suppliers

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred
- Excellent knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and sanitation standards
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Creative mindset with the ability to create unique menus while also meeting customer preferences
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Fluent in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)

Salary:
$1600 per month without accommodation. This position is open to all nationalities.
