Barista - Coffee Specialist



Our café in Vianden is seeking a skilled and passionate Barista to join our team. As a Coffee Specialist, you will be responsible for creating and serving high-quality coffee beverages to our customers, while also providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, including espressos, lattes, cappuccinos, and cold brews
- Ensure consistency in taste and presentation of all drinks
- Maintain a clean and organized work station
- Provide friendly and efficient service to customers
- Assist with restocking inventory and ordering supplies
- Educate customers on different types of coffee beans, brewing methods, and flavor profiles
- Handle cash transactions accurately

Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Barista or in a similar role
- Knowledge of different types of coffee beans and brewing methods
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends

Salary: $1400 per month
