We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Albena, Bulgaria. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant operations, including managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure efficient and smooth functioning
- Manage and train restaurant staff to deliver exceptional customer service
- Monitor food quality and ensure that all dishes are prepared according to company standards
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that may arise
- Create and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
- Fluent in English (Malayalee preferred)
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of food handling procedures and sanitation regulations
