Heavy Equipment Operator
Location: Washington, USA



We are seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team in Washington. As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, loaders, and backhoes. You will also be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on the equipment.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Follow all safety procedures and regulations
- Perform daily maintenance checks on equipment
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs as needed
- Report any equipment malfunctions to the supervisor
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Communicate with other team members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
- Adhere to project deadlines and schedules
- Keep work area clean and organized

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating heavy equipment
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
