Waiter/Waitress

Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

The ideal candidate for this position is a Kenyan national with a strong work ethic and excellent customer service skills. As a waiter/waitress, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Your main duties will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that all guest needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take accurate food and beverage orders
- Serve food and drinks to guests
- Ensure that all special requests are communicated to the kitchen staff
- Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Handle any guest complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area
- Process payments accurately using the POS system
- Collaborate with other team members to provide exceptional service

Requirements:

- Kenyan national with valid passport
- Minimum 12th grade education
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills in English, Arabic language skills are desirable but not required
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays if needed

Salary: 1700$ per month
