Handyman for Contract Work in Khasab, Oman


We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team in Khasab, Oman. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for completing various maintenance and repair tasks on residential and commercial properties.

Responsibilities:
- Perform basic repairs and maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry.
- Troubleshoot and fix any issues that arise with building systems or equipment.
- Conduct routine inspections of properties to identify any potential problems.
- Respond to emergency repair requests in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of all completed work orders.
- Communicate with clients to understand their specific needs and provide excellent customer service.
- Adhere to all safety protocols while working on job sites.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Handyman or similar role.
- Must have basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and painting.
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills in order to effectively communicate with clients from different backgrounds.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects if necessary.

Salary:
The salary for this contract position is 1200$ per month.

We will provide the selected candidate with a free visa and ticket for the duration of the contract.
