IT Manager


As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of information technology within our company. This includes managing a team of IT professionals, maintaining and upgrading computer systems and networks, and ensuring the security and efficiency of our digital infrastructure. You will also be responsible for identifying and implementing new technologies to improve our company's operations. Additionally, you will be in charge of creating and enforcing IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical team members.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of IT professionals, including hiring, training, and evaluating performance
- Oversee the maintenance and upgrade of computer systems and networks
- Ensure the security and efficiency of our digital infrastructure through regular monitoring and updates
- Identify new technologies that can improve company operations
- Create and enforce IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations
- Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical team members on technology needs and issues
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Develop budgets for IT projects and manage expenses within budget constraints

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in information technology management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team towards common goals
- Extensive knowledge of computer systems, networks, security protocols, and cloud computing technologies
- Experience in project management with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven track record of implementing new technologies that improve company operations
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Indian languages is a plus)

Location: Siauliai (accommodation provided)

Salary: $1500 per month
