IT Manager - Siauliai, Lithuania


We are currently hiring an experienced IT Manager to join our team in Siauliai, Lithuania. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's information technology infrastructure and operations. This is a full-time position with a salary of $900 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the company's network and server infrastructure to ensure smooth operation and system security
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware and software systems
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to improve efficiency and security
- Plan and manage the IT budget, including equipment purchases and upgrades
- Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement or optimization
- Ensure data backups are performed regularly and disaster recovery plans are in place
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in technology to recommend updates or changes to systems

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in an IT management role
- Experience with network and server administration, security protocols, and hardware/software installation
- Strong knowledge of information security best practices
- Experience managing an IT budget preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues

Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Java or Python
- Previous experience working in a multicultural environment
