Information Technology Manager

The Information Technology Manager will be responsible for overseeing the technology operations and systems of our company. This role requires strong technical skills, leadership abilities, and a strategic mindset to ensure that our technology infrastructure supports and enhances the company's overall goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement technology strategies, policies, and procedures to support business objectives
- Manage and maintain all IT systems, including hardware, software, networks, and telecommunications
- Oversee the maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrades of existing systems
- Lead the research and evaluation of new technologies and make recommendations for their implementation
- Provide guidance to IT staff on technical issues and promote a culture of continuous learning
- Ensure data security measures are in place to protect company information
- Manage relationships with external vendors for technology solutions
- Monitor technology budgets and expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role within an IT department.
- Strong technical skills with knowledge of network administration, security protocols, database management, and cloud computing.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to align technology initiatives with business goals.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven experience in managing projects from conception to completion.
- Experience working with diverse teams in a multicultural environment is preferred.

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position based in Siauliai. The working hours are from 9 am - 5 pm Monday-Friday. Some flexibility may be required depending on project deadlines.

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1500 per month.
