We are hiring an experienced Online Tutor to join our team in Ajman. As an Online Tutor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality online tutoring sessions to students from Africa who are seeking to improve their English skills. This is a contract position with a salary of 1500$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting online tutoring sessions for students from Africa, focusing on improving their English skills
- Preparing lesson plans and materials based on the needs and goals of each student
- Assessing students' progress and providing feedback and recommendations for improvement
- Communicating with students' parents or guardians to discuss progress and address any concerns
- Staying up-to-date with current teaching methods and techniques to enhance the learning experience for students

Requirements:
- Native or near-native English proficiency
- Previous experience as a tutor or teacher, preferably in an online setting
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the individual needs of each student
- Passion for education and helping others improve their language skills
