Merchandiser for International Retail Brand in Salalah



We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Merchandiser to join our team in Salalah. As a Merchandiser for our international retail brand, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are effectively displayed and promoted in stores.

Responsibilities:
- Visit assigned stores in Salalah to ensure proper placement and display of products
- Monitor stock levels and replenish products as needed
- Implement visual merchandising guidelines to enhance product presentation
- Work closely with store managers to plan promotional displays and events
- Conduct market research to identify new trends and competitor strategies
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies
- Train store staff on product knowledge and merchandising techniques
- Prepare reports on sales performance, stock levels, and market trends

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Merchandiser, preferably in the retail industry
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and achieving results
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Fluency in English is required, Arabic language skills are a plus

Salary: 1700$

This is a full-time position with no accommodation provided. Visa sponsorship may be available for qualified candidates. We welcome applications from all nationalities, but preference will be given to Filipinos or Kenyans who have previous experience working as a Merchandiser.
