Land Surveyor


We are currently seeking a highly skilled Land Surveyor to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys to determine property boundaries, identifying potential construction hazards, and preparing detailed reports and maps. This role requires someone with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in using surveying equipment.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various tools and techniques
- Interpret and analyze survey data to identify property boundaries
- Prepare detailed reports and maps based on survey findings
- Identify potential construction hazards on the surveyed land
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure accurate land measurements
- Keep up-to-date with industry advancements in surveying technology and techniques
- Adhere to all safety protocols while conducting surveys

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficiency in using surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and laser levels
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members and clients
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to land surveying
- Prior experience working with CAD software is an asset
