We are currently hiring an experienced Excavator Operator to join our team in Svalbard. As an Excavator Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment, such as excavators, to move earth and other materials at construction sites. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month and includes free visa and ticket for all nationalities.

Responsibilities:
- Operate excavators to perform various tasks including digging trenches, loading trucks, and moving materials
- Follow safety procedures and regulations while operating equipment
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Coordinate with other workers on the job site to complete tasks efficiently
- Read and interpret construction plans to determine the best approach for each task

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Excavator Operator or similar role
- Valid certification or license to operate heavy equipment
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures for operating heavy equipment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work well in a team environment
