As a Formworker, you will be responsible for constructing and setting up formwork for concrete structures based on project plans and specifications. Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Formworker in the construction industry
- Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications
- Physical strength and stamina to handle heavy equipment and materials
- Knowledge of different types of formwork systems and their installation techniques
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Valid work permit or free visa eligibility in Lithuania

Responsibilities:
- Study project plans and specifications to determine formwork requirements
- Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood, metal or plastic materials to construct formwork according to project needs
- Install formwork using hand tools, power tools, or heavy equipment such as cranes or forklifts
- Ensure proper alignment, levelness, and stability of formwork before pouring concrete
- Remove formwork after concrete has cured according to safety guidelines
- Inspect formwork for any defects or damage and make necessary repairs or replacements
- Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines while working on construction sites
