Dishwasher

The Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and dishwashing area. This position requires a high level of physical stamina and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment
- Sort and stack dishes for storage
- Operate dishwashing equipment efficiently
- Empty trash bins and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen area
- Follow all safety and sanitation regulations
- Assist with food preparation as needed
- Keep dishwashing area clean and organized
- Report any maintenance or equipment issues to management

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience as a dishwasher or in a similar role preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of kitchen sanitation procedures
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English
- Indian nationality preferred (but not required)
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
