Skilled Plasterer


We are in need of a skilled Plasterer to join our team in Chelyabinsk. As a Plasterer, you will be responsible for applying plaster to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces in order to create smooth and even finishes. Your main duties will include preparing surfaces for plastering, mixing and applying plaster, and ensuring that the final product meets quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for plastering by cleaning, sanding, and priming them
- Measure and mix ingredients to create the desired texture and consistency of plaster
- Apply plaster to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces using hand tools or spray machines
- Smooth out uneven areas using trowels or other tools
- Create decorative textures or patterns as required by the project
- Check for imperfections or cracks and repair them accordingly
- Ensure that the final product meets quality standards set by the company
- Clean up work area after completing projects

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plasterer or similar role
- Ability to read blueprints or technical drawings is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of different types of plaster materials and their uses
- Familiarity with various hand tools used in plastering such as trowels, hawks, and floats
- Attention to detail with the ability to produce smooth and even finishes
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy materials
- Good communication skills
- Biometric passport preferred but not required

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month for this position.
