We are in need of a highly skilled and customer-oriented Concierge to join our team in Bergen, Norway. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their needs are met during their stay.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with a warm welcome
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
- Provide information about the hotel facilities, local attractions, and transportation options
- Make reservations for dining, entertainment, and other activities upon request
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest requests
- Maintain an organized and well-stocked concierge desk area
- Keep up-to-date with current events, attractions, and special promotions in the city

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Concierge or similar role in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication skills in English (other languages are a plus)
- Knowledgeable about local attractions, restaurants, transportation options, etc.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work on weekends, evenings, and holidays if needed

Salary: 1300$ per month

Education: High school diploma or equivalent (12 pass)

Work Permit: Must have own valid visa for employment in Norway.
