Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by sanding, filling, and priming
- Apply finishes such as paint, stain, or varnish using various techniques
- Ensure quality and consistency of finish by following established standards
- Troubleshoot and fix any imperfections or defects in the finish
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Finisher or similar role
- Basic knowledge of different types of finishes and their application techniques
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects if necessary
- Excellent time management skills

Preferences:
- Canadian or foreign nationality with valid work permit in Canada
- Fluent in English
- Full-time availability
