Software Tester


We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Software Tester to join our team in Ufa. As a Tester, you will be responsible for identifying and reporting software defects, ensuring the quality of our products, and contributing to the overall improvement of our software development process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct manual and automated testing on various software products
- Identify, document, and report software defects and track their resolution
- Create and execute test plans and test cases based on project requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and project managers to ensure high quality deliverables
- Continuously improve the testing process by implementing best practices and procedures
- Provide timely feedback to the development team on product quality issues

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Software Tester or similar role
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes
- Experience with manual and automated testing techniques
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology is preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
