Office Manager for Indian Company in Bungoma, Kenya
An Indian company in Bungoma is seeking an experienced and organized Office Manager to oversee their daily operations. This position is suitable for men and does not require proficiency in English.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily administrative tasks of the office, including but not limited to scheduling meetings, answering phone calls, and responding to emails
- Oversee and supervise office staff to ensure efficient and effective performance
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, place orders when necessary
- Create and maintain a filing system for important documents
- Manage company budget and expenses, keep track of invoices and payments
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and collaboration
- Plan and organize company events or meetings as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role
- Proficiency in computer software such as Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (Hindi or any Indian language preferred)
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)
Salary: $1200 per month
Location: Bungoma, Kenya (Indian nationality preferred)
