Architectural Technologist in Fonvieille, Monaco

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Fonvieille, Monaco. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting in the design and development of architectural projects. You will work closely with architects, engineers and other professionals to ensure that designs are functional, safe and aesthetically pleasing.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to create detailed drawings and specifications for building projects.
- Use computer-aided design (CAD) software to produce technical drawings and 3D models.
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess feasibility of design concepts.
- Research materials, building codes, and regulations to ensure compliance with local laws.
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals, budgets, and timelines.
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience working as an Architectural Technologist.
- Proficient in CAD software and other design tools.
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work well in a team environment.

This is a full-time position offering a salary of $1200 per month. The successful candidate must have legal authorization to work in Monaco. Accommodation will not be provided but visa sponsorship can be arranged if needed.
