Heavy Equipment Operator


We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team in St-Petersburg. As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating various types of heavy machinery, such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders, to complete construction projects efficiently and safely. This is a physically demanding role that requires strong manual dexterity and the ability to operate heavy equipment with precision.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner while following all safety protocols
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Read and interpret construction plans and blueprints
- Coordinate with other team members to complete projects within given timelines
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth operations
- Adhere to all environmental regulations and policies

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Heavy Equipment Operator
- Valid operating license for specific equipment (bulldozer, excavator, loader)
- Knowledge of construction safety protocols and procedures
- Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor in all weather conditions
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints
- Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- High school diploma or equivalent
