Tiler Supervisor



We are seeking an experienced Tiler Supervisor to join our team in Chelyabinsk, Russia. As a Tiler Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and supervising a team of tilers in various projects. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and supervise a team of tilers in completing various projects
- Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
- Train new tilers and provide guidance to improve their skills
- Conduct daily inspections to ensure quality workmanship
- Order materials and supplies as needed
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary
- Communicate with clients to provide updates and address any concerns or issues
- Maintain a safe working environment for all employees

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in tiling preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a tiler, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of different tiling materials, techniques, and tools
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members effectively
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English (Russian language skills preferred)
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and work on your feet for extended periods of time
