Babysitter (Part-Time/Visa Sponsorship) - Randers, Denmark


We are currently seeking a responsible and experienced Babysitter to join our team in Randers, Denmark. As a Babysitter, you will be responsible for caring for children in the absence of their parents or guardians. This is a part-time position with flexible hours and visa sponsorship is available for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive and nurturing care to children in the absence of their parents or guardians
- Create a safe and stimulating environment for children to play and learn
- Prepare meals and snacks for children according to dietary restrictions
- Assist with bathing, dressing, and other basic needs as required
- Engage children in educational and recreational activities such as reading, arts and crafts, outdoor play, etc.
- Maintain open communication with parents or guardians regarding their child's well-being and any concerns that may arise

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Babysitter or similar role
- Must be legally allowed to work in Denmark and have valid visa sponsorship if not an EU citizen
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in early childhood development is an asset
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Danish is a plus
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and remain calm under pressure

Working Conditions:
This is a part-time position with flexible hours. The schedule will vary from week to week based on the needs of the family. Some evening and weekend work may be required. The salary for this position is 1800$ per month.
