We are seeking skilled and experienced Concrete Workers to join our team in Balzers, a beautiful city in the heart of Liechtenstein. As a Concrete Worker, you will be responsible for preparing, pouring, and finishing concrete for various construction projects. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Measure and mark out designated areas for concrete placement
- Build forms and molds for pouring concrete
- Mix, pour, and spread concrete using various tools and equipment
- Smooth and finish freshly poured concrete surfaces using hand or power tools
- Monitor weather conditions to ensure proper drying of concrete
- Repair or replace damaged concrete structures as needed
- Follow all safety procedures and regulations on the job site

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Concrete Worker or similar role
- Ability to read blueprints and follow construction plans
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials and work in all weather conditions
- Knowledge of different types of concrete mixes, additives, and curing techniques
- Familiarity with hand and power tools used in concrete work
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
