As a Painter, you will be responsible for providing high-quality painting services to our clients, including residential and commercial properties. Your main duties will include preparing surfaces, mixing and applying paint, and ensuring a smooth finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, excellent color perception, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes
- Mix and match paint colors according to client specifications
- Apply paint using brushes, rollers, or spray guns
- Ensure smooth and even coverage with no drips or streaks
- Protect surrounding areas from paint splatters
- Repair any imperfections or touch up areas as needed
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Painter in residential or commercial settings
- Strong knowledge of different types of paints and their application techniques
- Excellent color perception and ability to accurately match colors
- Good physical stamina with the ability to stand for long periods of time and work in various positions
- Attention to detail with the ability to produce high-quality work within tight deadlines
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Previous experience working with power tools is an asset but not required
