Accountant

We are currently hiring for an experienced Accountant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing all financial transactions, from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank reconciliations and budgeting. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles and be able to handle multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all accounting operations including A/R, A/P, GL, bank reconciliations, and budget management
- Prepare and analyze financial statements on a monthly basis
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions
- Develop and maintain internal control procedures
- Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations
- Support the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts
- Review and approve expense reports
- Communicate with external auditors as needed
- Provide financial analysis for decision making purposes

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, laws, and regulations
- Proficient in MS Office, specifically Excel and accounting software
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Attention to detail and accuracy are crucial for this role
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Prior experience working in Abu Dhabi is preferred
- Visa sponsorship will be provided if necessary

Salary: 1000$ per month

Location: Abu Dhabi
