Entry-level Industrial Architect in Kolding, Denmark


The ideal candidate for this position will be an entry-level Industrial Architect with a passion for designing and creating functional and sustainable spaces. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings such as factories, warehouses, and production facilities in the city of Kolding, Denmark. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop innovative solutions that meet their requirements while adhering to safety and building codes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their goals and needs for industrial building projects
- Create detailed designs and plans using computer-aided design software
- Ensure that designs are functional, aesthetically pleasing, and meet all safety and building code requirements
- Oversee construction projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget
- Work with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure smooth project execution
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments or changes to plans as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Strong knowledge of industrial building design principles
- Proficiency in computer-aided design software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations is preferred but not required
