Junior Game Developer


We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Junior Game Developer to join our growing team. As a Junior Game Developer, you will work closely with our experienced game developers to design and develop engaging and innovative games for various platforms. This is a contract position with a salary of 1800$ per month, located in the vibrant city of Akron. This position is open to Indian nationals who do not need to be fluent in English.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design and development of new games from concept to release
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code for game features and mechanics
- Collaborate with artists, designers, and other team members to implement game features and systems
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve overall code quality
- Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to continuously improve skills and knowledge

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent experience
- Strong knowledge of C++ or C# programming languages
- Experience with game engines such as Unity or Unreal Engine
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming concepts
- Passion for gaming and ability to think creatively and critically about game design
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on at least one published game or personal project
- Familiarity with mobile development (iOS/Android)
- Experience with version control systems such as Git
- Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies
