CNC Operator

We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our team in Pula. As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce precision metal parts. Your main duties will include reading and interpreting technical drawings, adjusting machine settings, monitoring machine operations, and inspecting finished products for quality.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, milling, turning, and grinding
- Read and interpret technical drawings to understand job specifications
- Determine the appropriate machine settings and adjust as needed during the production process
- Monitor machine operations to ensure they are running smoothly and efficiently
- Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality using precision measuring instruments
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during production and make necessary adjustments
- Maintain a clean work area and perform regular maintenance on machines

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a CNC Operator or similar role
- Knowledge of G-code programming language is preferred but not required
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints
- Strong mathematical skills for measurements and calculations
- Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Physical stamina for standing long periods of time
- Familiarity with safety procedures in a manufacturing environment

Salary: 1400$ per month

Location: Pula, Croatia (Indians preferred)
